When you add your clients' details to the Service, we process that information on your behalf and only to provide the Service to you. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to share it with us and for giving your clients any notice the law requires. We do not contact your clients or use their information for our own marketing.

• Service providers: Companies that host, store, analyze, email, process payments, support or secure the Service for us, under contracts that limit their use of your data.
• People you choose: When you send a quote or estimate through the Service, we share it with the recipients you select.
• Legal and safety: When required by law, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Quoteroam, our users or others.
• Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
• With your consent: In any other case where you ask or agree.

We do not sell your personal information or your clients' information.

We use cookies and similar tools to keep you signed in, remember preferences and measure how the Service is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the Service works. We honor Global Privacy Control signals where required by law.

We keep your information while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. After you close your account, we delete or anonymize your information within a reasonable period, unless we must keep it for legal, tax or accounting reasons.

If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision. If your information was entered by a builder using the Service, please contact that builder first.

EEA and UK residents: We process personal information to perform our contract with you, based on our legitimate interests in running and improving the Service, to meet legal obligations, and with your consent for marketing. You may complain to your local data protection authority.

We are based in the United States and store information there. If you use the Service from another country, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

The Service is for businesses and adults. It is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact privacy@quoteroam.com and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new version with a revised effective date and, for material changes, give notice by email or in the Service.
